Yes. You can use multiple PDP-2 systems at the same time. Please finish the setup for the first PDP-2 system before setting up another one. -

Yes, you can. You can use both output jacks at the same time. Please note that the output level of both outputs is MIC level. -
Can I use two of the PTM-33 systems in the same room without interference?
The recommended number of PTM-33 working at the same time is one. You can use two PTM-33 at the same time if they are in different frequency bands, the 500MHz band and the 900MHz band. -
Can Phenyx Pro PTU-7000-4H and Phenyx Pro PTU-7000-4B be used simultaneously?
In theory, you can use up to 16 channels with the PTU-7000 system. However, the actual number will depend on the RF environment these systems operate in. In most cases, yes, two PTU-7000 systems can work simultaneously. -
Can the microphone system work with a laptop/PC?

Yes. The 6.35mm output of our microphone systems is a combined output that you can use as mic input for other equipment.

Can the PDP Series microphone change channels and control volume?
The PWH-P mic does not have volume controls. You can change the channel of the mic by short pressing the SET button in the battery compartment of the mic. -
Can the PTU-71 be mounted side-by-side in a rack?

Can the PWB-7 Bodypack be used with an instrument such as a guitar or bass?
Currently, all bodypacks from our wireless mic systems does not support instrument inputs. We have yet make them compatible with instrument and please stay tuned for updates on our website. -
Does the PAS-225X system work with digital wireless microphones?
Yes, it works with digital and analog wireless systems as long as they are in the effective frequency range of the PAS-225X system. -
Does the PTM-10 scan for clear frequencies or is everything manual?
The PTM-10 is not equipped with the auto-scan function. Please stay tuned for our product updates on our website. -
Does the PTM-11 IEM system have sound in both ears even though it is mono?
Yes. A mono system means the left and right input will be mixed into one track and the audio will be heard on both ears at the same time. -
Do you recommend a particular type of stand to mount the PAS-82 antenna?
You can pick any stand to your preference as long as it has a 3/8" screw for the PAS-82 paddle antenna. -
It is recommended to charge the receiver fully before use. Charging while in use could damage the battery life.

For the PTU-5000 system, can I purchase additional transmitters?
Yes, you can purchase replacement mics if the original ones are missing/broken. Please make sure that the frequency of the replacement mic matches that on the original one. -
How can I match the frequency on the Phenyx Pro UHF Bodypack to the Phenyx pro PTU-4000?
The PTU-4000 is a fixed frequency system and the frequencies are fixed on the receiver as well as the bodypack and handheld mic transmitter. If you have a broken/missing transmitter, please purchase a replacement transmitter with the same frequency as the original one. -

How to remove the PTU-1U microphone grille?
To remove the grille, first take the mic capsule and the mic grille off from the mic body. Use a pliers to hold firm on the mic capsule by the notches. Since there are stereo inputs, can the PTM-33 work as either mono or stereo?

Why does the PTM-10 bodypack display "MUTE"?
