All Phenyx Pro products enjoy warranty service against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty applies only to the original owner*. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Phenyx will send out replacements for discontinuous/defective parts.
*Original Owner: who places an order directly from Phenyx Pro (Amazon US/UK/DE/MX/CA, or official shopping website) so that one can guarantee the originality and brand new condition of the system. Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers would not be covered by our warranty service.
