How to Request a Return :
1. Contact our email support@phenyxpro.com with your order number and the reason for return (Any products shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.).
2. We email you back instructions for returning and a Return Authorization Number.
3. Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.
4. We will notify you via email when we receive your return product and your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
