  • Where are your warehouses located?

    We have partnered warehouses in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Mainland China. As our business grows internationally, we will have to partner with more warehouses globally.
  • Where will my order be shipped from?

    U.S. orders are usually shipped from our partnered warehouse in the U.S.. All international orders (outside of the U.S.) will be shipped from our factory or partnership warehouses. and they would not include batteries with the system due to air control or dangerous good policy.
