Can you manually adjust the frequency for the PTU-71 system?
Yes. You can manually adjust the frequency of the receiver by short pressing the up and down button. -
As of now, the capsules of all Phenyx Pro microphones are not interchangeable and capsules from other brands are not compatible with Phenyx Pro microphones.

How many bodypack receivers can be linked to the PTM-10? There are 5 of us in the band.
You can connect multiple bodypack receivers, 10 or 20, to the same transmitter. There is no limit to the number of receivers connected to the same transmitter. Please be aware that all bodypack receivers will receive the same audio. -
I live in the USA. Can I use the 500MHz band in the USA?
Yes. According to FCC regulations, the 470-608MHz range is free in the U.S.A. -
Should the batteries be removed when the transmitter is not in use?
Yes, taking out the batteries when the transmitters are in use for a long time is recommended. This can help prevent battery leaking from damaging the transmitters. -
What do "H" and "B" stand for in the naming convention for each model?
Usually, "H" means a handheld mic, while "B" means a bodypack for Phenyx Pro wireless systems. PTU-52-2H means a PTU-52 system with two handheld mics. PTU-52-1H1B means a PTU-52 system with one handheld mic and one bodypack. -
What is the difference between PTM-10 and PTM-11 systems?
The PTM-11 is an entry level mono IEM system while the PTM-10 is more advanced and has more features.
